Billing Cycle

All our cloud services are billed on an hourly basis. This includes:

• Compute Cloud VPS
• Budget Cloud VPS
• Additional IPs
• Backup services
• Other add-on services

At the end of each month, we generate an invoice that includes all your usage for that period.

Payment Methods

Personal Accounts

If you're using a personal account, you are required to link one of the following payment methods for automatic billing:

• MobilePay
• Credit Card

Business Accounts

For business customers, we offer more flexibility with the following payment options:

• Credit Card (optional auto-payment)
• Invoice payment methods:
  • Card payment
  • MobilePay
  • AIIA
  • Bank transfer (IBAN)

How We Count Usage

At Suble.io, we believe in a transparent and straightforward billing process. Our system calculates usage in hourly increments, ensuring you only pay for the time your services are active.

• Hourly Billing: Every hour your service is active is added as a full hour to your bill.
• Partial Hour Policy: If your VPS is activated at any point during an hour (for example, at 12:01 PM), you will be billed for the entire hour.
• No Extra Charges: If you cancel your service before the hour concludes (for instance, at 12:59 PM), you won't incur charges for an additional hour.

This method simplifies billing and provides clear expectations for your cloud service usage.
